Sound of Freedom Review and Ticket Giveaway

Some movies are more than just entertainment and Sound of Freedom is one of those. Sound of Freedom, based on the incredible true story, shines a light on even the darkest of places. After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to embark on a dangerous mission to save her. With time running out, he quits his job and journeys deep into the Colombian jungle, putting his life on the line to free her from a fate worse than death.

If you have seen any of the interviews Tim Ballard (the real man whose story the movie highlights) or Jim Caviezel (the actor who portrays him) have done, you are probably aware that this movie was made a number of years ago. Because of the subject matter and the light it shines on one of the largest industries in this country, they had a very difficult time finding a studio to release it. Angel Studios, who you might be familiar with if you are a fan of The Chosen, stepped up and release the movie.

  1. I have been wanting to see this film for years now when I first seen about it. It is a story that needs to be heard and seen. Not only is human/sex trafficking in other countries but it is also here in the United States 🇺🇸 too. It is sad and heartbreaking 💔

  2. I’m really looking to educate myself more on this topic and haven’t seen this film. I’d love to see it in a theater setting!
