scentsy giveaway candle I am pretty forgetful and am the first to admit it. Most of the time I am able to compensate for this by making lists and posting reminders to myself. My absentmindedness can sometimes be humorous, but occasionally it can be dangerous.

For example, I have always loved burning candles to make my home smell nice. I was a Yankee Candle addict for years. I was such a fan that, when I lived on the East Coast, my best friend and I used to take yearly road trips to the Yankee Candle factory in Massachusetts and come home with boxes of candles in every scent imaginable.

However, it didn’t take too many times of waking up in the morning to find a still burning candle in the kitchen to make me realize that my absentmindedness might just burn down the house. I checked out other methods to make my house smell good (wax tarts, essential oils) but most required a flame to disperse the scent.

Then the folks at Scentsy contacted me. (Maybe my hubby tipped them off fearing he would come home to a giant pile of ashes???)

Scentsy is a flameless candle system that uses a low wattage light bulb to melt wax in its attractive warmers sending a variety of lovely scents through the air. And with more than 80 scents to choose from, you can find many that suite your individual tastes!

The thing that I love most about Scentsy is that it does not use a candle. No more worrying that I forgot to blow out the flame whether lying in bed or driving down the highway. (The hubby is happy about this as well!)

Scentsy is only available from Independent Consultants (much like Mary Kay or Avon) and you can “earn” free product by hosting a Scentsy party.

  4. Skinny Dippin’ sounds yummy! These are so neat. I have a candle warmer, but it’s not very attractive. Looks like a hot plate lol. The night lights were really cute too. Thanks for the giveaway!

  14. i would LOVE to try blueberry cheesecake it just sounds sooo good! my mother loves scentsy! and if i win im giveing this to her. she is gettting married tomarrow and i can be there because my husband is in the military and wont beable to go because his trainings.. so i need a present that says im sorry and happy mothers day:)
