Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (with a Hint of Garlic)
Ingredients

can garbanzo beans
rinsed and drained
2
cloves
roasted garlic
1/3
cup
tahini
1/3
cup
lemon juice
2
roasted red peppers without the skins
1/8
teaspoon
fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Pulse several times to begin mixing the ingredients.
Puree until smooth and no lumps are visible.
