Patriotic Personal Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp Blue Food Coloring
  • Decorative stars, sprinkles, or other topping.

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
  • Mix with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  • Divide it into 3 parts. In two parts  add the dye, mix.
  • Lay out in jars for serving in layers: white, blue, white, red, white.
  • Cool in refrigerator.
  • Sprinkle with stars when serving.
