Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer

If you stop by here often, you probably saw me raving about my Ninja Cooking System. The folks at Ninja were nice enough to send me another fun appliance to try out. This one also has some almost-too-good-to-believe features and is really four appliances in one!
I’m talking about the Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™. The one smart base transforms into four high-performance appliances depending on which top you put on it. There is a 72 oz. Total Crushing® Blender, 64 oz. Precision Food Processor™, 24 oz. Single-Serve Cup, and Auto-Spiralizer. Since our kitchen is not huge, I love that we can leave the one base on the counter and just switch out the tops as we need them.
The Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™ is super easy to use. It actually senses which appliance top you put on it and adjusts the screen controls accordingly. They call it Smart Vessel Recognition! The screen is super easy to use – very intuitive – and it cleans up like a dream. No more food stuck in buttons. I was really impressed with all of the little details they added to make it safe as well. The machine will not operate if the top is not clicked in correctly and the base has suction cups that keep it from “walking” all over the counter like other blenders and food processors have done in the past.
I became a zoodles fan last summer. (If you don’t already know, zoodles are “noodles” made out of zucchini. We grow zucchini every summer and I can only eat it grilled so many times before I get sick of it. When I discovered you could use it for “noodles” and cover it with an assortment of fun sauces, I was hooked. My only problem was finding a way to actually make the zoodles. I had bought a hand-held thingy at the store and it was messy and a pain to use. I was soooo excited to hear that the Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System has a spiralizer attachment.
I decided to make some basil pesto to go with my zoodles. I also grow basil in the summer and pesto is one of my favorite things to make. It seems really fancy but is actually incredibly easy to make. And it’s even easier now with my new system! Check it out in the video below.
