Tickler Tags Giveaway and Review

You guys know how much I love products created by moms – other moms are so good at coming up with solutions to the problems we all face! Plus, I love knowing that my consumer dollar is helping another mom achieve her entrepreneurial dream.

Tickler Tags is another wonderful invention created by a mom (and a Wisconsin mom as well!) to help make our lives easier. Kids these days have incredibly full schedules: soccer practice, piano lessons, riding the bus some days and being picked up by a relative another. So much to keep track of! Tickler Tags are backpack tags that are a visual reminder of your child’s after school schedule – both transportation arrangements and activities. They clip right to your child’s backpack and let both your child and their teacher or caregiver know what is planned for the day.

Tickler Tags come in a variety of pre-printed styles AND can be customized. You can add pictures of family members who pick up your child often, a specialized activity, or just a picture of you to reassure a child nervous about being away all day.

Not only do I love this product as a mom, but as a former elementary teacher I can’t praise it enough! There were years when I had thirty or more students in my class. Many of these students split their time between mom’s and dad’s houses, had activities, sports, and sometimes daycare. Imagine what MY afternoon was like when I had close to thirty students asking me where they were going after school! Many of them would have liked to have been able to find that information on their own, but had no where to look. Tickler Tags not only help the student take responsibility for their own schedule, but make the teacher’s (or caregiver’s) day much easier too!!
