Where’s the Beef? Right here at WisconsinMommy.com!

I’m thrilled to share that the nice folks at Roundy’s and Swift Beef have asked me to be their brand ambassador as they roll out their newly branded beef at Pick-n-Save, Metro Market, Rainbow and Copps stores.

The Swift tradition of excellence began in 1855 with a small butcher shop in New England. It is now part of JBS, the global leader in beef production and is behind several lines of premium beef in grocery stores all over the country.

Just in time for cookout season, Roundy’s is launching new Black Angus Beef products consisting of 56 cuts of top-quality beef, Everything from roasts to steaks, you will find the very best grain-fed, Midwestern cattle, known for producing superior marbling and extra tender beef.

You can check out this piece on The Morning Blend that explains a little about how to pick out a good cut of beef.

And for your added entertainment, you will get to watch me try and prepare a variety of recipes from the Swift Beef recipe collection right here on this blog.

Tune in tomorrow for the first installment of this comedy cooking series. (Tonight’s debacle attempt at grilling was cancelled due to severe storms. I love me some steak, but I’m not getting struck by lightening for it!)

Disclosure: This post is part of an ongoing compensated series for Roundy’s/Swift Beef.
