As a frequent traveler, I have come to really appreciate how having the right accessories and tools can help make a trip successful. I’m always on the hunt for anything that will make my trip more comfortable, more efficient, or safer. When I first learned about the Bluesmart suitcase and all of its unique features, I could think of so many times it would have gotten me out of different travel challenges! I wish this was a hypothetical situation! We were on our way to the Disney Social Media Moms Conference at Disneyland and the whole family was pretty excited as it was our first family trip to Disneyland. The flight had gone quite well and Josh was in charge of his own carry-on bag which contained a change of clothes and pretty much every electronic device he owned. We landed in LAX and headed down to baggage claim. Once we had rounded up all of our checked bags, we headed outside to hop on the Magical Express. I looked at Josh and freaked out – he didn’t have his carry-on! 2) When you watch your checked bag riding down the conveyor belt and realize you are still holding the luggage lock in your hand.
I’d love to say I have a single example of this happening to tell you about, but I’ve done this more times than I care to admit. And then I spend the entire flight (layover included) worrying about my completely unprotected luggage contents. Most airlines frown on passengers climbing onto the conveyor belt and trying to secure the lock as it’s making its way to the baggage area. I may just speak from experience…
3) When you felt the need to buy a souvenir at every single store you visited while on vacation and you wind up paying an extra $50 because your bag is now over the weight limit.
Yes, I may have a small hoarding issue when it comes to vacation souvenirs – I admit it. I tend to go a bit overboard on the whole mementos thing and have even been known to pack my suitcase so full that it was significantly over the weight limit. Jay was already less than thrilled that I had purchased so many items on our trip and he was even less thrilled when we had to pay an extra $50 because I didn’t distribute the weight evenly through our various suitcases. Oops.
4) When you plan to get lots of work done on your flight only to realize you never charged your tablet when you pull it out and find 5% battery left.
I’m one of those people who actually gets quite a bit of work done on flights. There’s something about being tied down to my chair (literally) that keeps me a little more focused than when I’m at home with tons of distractions. Usually trips are pretty hectic and I count on that in flight time to either get ahead with my work on my way to wherever I’m going or to catch up on the way home. Having a dead tablet or phone battery is a huge productivity killer!

This is the first time I heard about Bluesmart. It sounds like an amazing suitcase and it looks light. I love that it can accommodate a laptop and a tablet.
Usually its a hit and miss with luggage. Most of the time when you go as cheap as possible you are stuck internationally carrying your luggage because two wheels broke off. This looks like a very sturdy way to travel and i love your list i especially loved number 3 lol that is so me to buy buy buy and wonder how it will all fit
