My Motorola Bionic in Pictures…#MidwestMoms
At the beginning of the month, the folks at Motorola and Verizon Wireless sent me a Droid Bionic to take for a test drive as part of the Midwest Moms program. As someone who has used an iPhone for the past two years, I was eager to take a look at the differences between the iPhone and the Droid.
One of the first features I checked out was the camera. The Motorola Bionic boasts an 8 megapixel camera complete with a flash and zoom. I took a couple of shots around my yard to compare the Bionic and iPhone cameras. (Note: this isn’t really that fair of a fight as I have the old iPhone 3GS. I understand the new iPhone does have a better quality camera.)

I feel like the colors are a bit sharper on the iPhone. I was honestly surprised at how well the iPhone 3GS performed next to the Bionic’s camera. However, the photos in low light were no contest due to the flash on the Bionic. I should also add that the Bionic has some pretty cool photo editing features built right in – no additional app needed.
What do you think?
Disclosure: I am participating in Verizon’s #MidwestMoms program and have been provided with technology goodies and lightning fast 4G LTE service in exchange for my honest opinions about the products.

I liked the way that the iphone pics turned out. They seem sharper. On the other hand I like that the Bionic has the editing features built in.

Really interesting experiment. There really is a big difference in the pictures.
I think they IPhone is a tad crisper in all the photos except the one that has the zoom feature.
